At Vera Voile, every garment is custom-tailored with exceptional care based specifically on your individual measurements and body shape information. We want you to be delighted with your unique piece.

Custom Tailored Orders: Because each gown and dress is created exclusively for you based on the unique data you provide (your precise measurements and body shape photo), we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom-tailored orders due to a change of mind, or if the client initially provided incorrect information. This includes instances where the provided measurements or photo information led to a fit issue.

These items are exempt from standard distance selling return rights as they cannot be resold. We provide detailed guidance on taking accurate measurements and submitting appropriate photos. We highly recommend reviewing this information carefully before submitting your order to ensure the flawless fit that Vera Voile is known for.

What if My Item is Faulty? In the unlikely event that your garment arrives with a manufacturing fault or if it differs significantly from the agreed design specifications, please contact us immediately.

  • Report within 48 hours: Please email our team at info@vervoile.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your delivery, including photographs of the issue.

  • Our Promise: If we are at fault, we will arrange for the item to be returned to us for repair, alteration, or replacement at no extra cost to you.
